I have read this book at least half a dozen times! It has been the most helpful nutrition book I've ever had. I bought it after reading The China Study, which itself was excellent but doesn't give info on what exactly to eat and why. In Eat to Live, Fuhrman explains clearly exactly why animal products are not best for our bodies.
